Loyd Duane Churchill Obit

LOYD DUANE CHURCHILL, 74, of Brainerd, died at his home on Dec. 29, 2021.  He was born on March 21, 1947 in Brainerd to Raymond and Mae (Carroll) Churchill.  He married Karen Price on Sept. 17, 1977 in Crosby.  He was a former Security Officer with Grand Casino, Mille Lacs with 20 years of service. Preceding him in death are his parents and two brothers, Rex Churchill and Raymond E. Churchill. He is survived by his wife Karen; five daughters and sons-in-law, Angie Toven of Brainerd, Amber  and Luke Rosecrans of Crosby, Ashley Churchill of Cocoa, FL, Alyssa and Justin Grecula of Brainerd and Ariana and Westly Juaire of Brainerd; one brother and sister-in-law  Howard and Kay Churchill of Brainerd; one sister, Helen Amundson of Pine River and 12 grandchildren. A Visitation will be held on Friday, Jan. 14 at the Assembly of God Church in Crosby from 3 to 6 p.m.   Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
