Mary Lou Mirau Obit

MARY LOU MIRAU, 93, of Crosby, died at Heartwood Senior Living in Crosby on April 8, 2023.  She was born on May 5, 1929 in Crosby to Louis and Isabel (Brown) Raymond.  She was a retired Clerk for the city of Deerwood.  She played organ for several area churches.  She attended the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crosby. Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, Robert; son, James Mirau; brother, Joe Raymond and a grandson. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Deb Mirau of Fort Myers, FL and Dan and Shirley Mirau of Hasting; four daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Johnson of Crosby, Kathy Midthun of Cape Coral, FL, Jane and Doug Troge of Deerwood and Jennifer and Steve Brissett of Saginaw; two brother and sisters-in-laws, Jim and Caroline  Raymond of Duluth and Louis and Millie Raymond of Abilene, TX; 22 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 26 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crosby.  Burial will be at the Scandia Cemetery in Deerwood.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.   Memorials are preferred to Immanuel Lutheran Church of Crosby’s Manna for Malawi Mission. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
