Delno "Del" Wayne Carlton Obit

Delno “Del” Wayne Carlton of Emily, passed away on Oct. 14, 2019.  He was born to Cecil C. Carlton and Florence Vanstrom Carlton on Jan. 9, 1923, in Lynd.
He grew up in the Emily and Crosby area.  Del met his future bride, Ruth Russell, in Fort Dodge, IA, while stationed on a military base.  He knew he had made the right choice when she agreed to go duck hunting on their honeymoon.  Together they were gifted with 65 years of marriage, four children, 16 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren.

ROBBIE LEE BJERKNESS, 37,  of Ham Lake, formerly of Crosby, died on Oct. 11, 2019.
Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.

Gregory Paul Sheets Obit

GREGORY PAUL SHEETS, 71, of Hopkins, died Sept 28, 2019 at the VA Hospital.
He retired from the United States Army after 31 years of service.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Evie Sheets.
He is survived by his children: Greg (Virginia) Klimmek, Paul (Zuly) Sheets, Anita Brown, Sarah (Chad) Carpenter; four grandchildren; and former spouse, Pamela Pittman.
 Services have been held with interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to VA Disabled Veterans.
