Alan Edward Preisinger Obit
ALAN EDWARD PREISINGER, 82, of Crosby, died at his home on Aug. 26, 2023. He was born on June 21, 1941 in Crosby to Arthur and Lucille (Blackwood) Preisinger. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He is the retired owner of AP Construction. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Crosby, the Gideon Aitkin Camp and worked with the jail ministry with Aitkin and Crow Wing County for 10 years.
Preceding him in death are his parents; two brothers, Thomas and Jim Preisinger and one sister, Alice Stowell.
He is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Clint and Aimee Preisinger of Crosby, Clayton Preisinger of Little Falls, and Cal and Amber Preisinger of Brainerd; two daughters and sons-in-law, Andrea and David Martin of Blackduck and Jody and Scott Kretlow of Cottage Grove; one brother and sister-in-law, Roger and Carol Preisinger of Brainerd; one sister and brother-in-law, Peggy and Roger Velasco of Taylors Fall, WI; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 31 at the Bible Baptist Church in Crosby. Burial will be at the Woodland Cemetery in Irondale Township with military honors presented by the Myrin-James American Legion Post #443. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday.
