Albert Tidhome Obit

ALBERT TIDHOME, 85, of Deerwood, died on April 19, 2022 at Aitkin Health Services. He suffered a number of strokes. He was born on Oct. 4, 1936 in Bennett, WI to Joseph and Florence (VanCauteren) Tidhome. He was a U.S. Army veteran.  He married Jean A. Taylor on Dec. 13, 1969 in Crosby.  He was an avid sportsman, enjoying hunting and fishing and spending time outside on his property.
Preceding him in death are his parents.
He is survived by his wife Jean; one daughter and son-in-law, Jeanette and Tim Taylor Reay of Belle Plaine; one brother, Jack Tidhome of Solon Springs, WI; and two sisters, Nellie Kilcher of Chippawa Falls, WI and Janice Wills in Comanche, IA.  
A Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 21 at the Walter Scott Erickson Post #557 in Deerwood with Military honors. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the post.  Burial will be at the Bay Lake Township Cemetery.
