Benjamin Alexander Braff Obit

BENJAMIN ALEXANDER BRAFF, 41, of Crosby, passed away at his home on July 26, 2026. He was born in Crosby on March 8, 1985 to Charles Braff and Sandra Sasse.   Ben was a Crosby-Ironton High School Graduate, class of 2003.  He was an a U.S. Marine Corp Veteran, serving with an aircraft fire fighting unit.  He was a former member of the Crosby Fire Department. Ben is survived by his mother and step-father, Sandy (John) Drennan of Deerwood; his brother, Mathew (Chris) Braff of Inver Grove Heights; his sisters, Paula (Bryon) Reinhart of St. Paul and Michelle (Paul Gottsacker) Boozell of LaValle, WI; nieces and nephews and his canine companion, Chesty. Preceding Ben in death is his father, Charles “Chuck” Braff. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8, at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Saturday.   Burial will be at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby with full military honors presented by the Myrin-James American Legion Post #443 of Ironton. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
