Beverly J. Norgard Obit

BEVERLY JANET NORGARD, 80, of Brainerd, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2019 at Bethany – Good Samaritan Society. Beverly was born in Paynesville on June 6, 1939 to Evald & Bertha (Olson) Nelson.
Beverly enjoyed cooking and knitting projects for her family. She would make her famous apple turnovers for the deer hunting group. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Richard (Pam) of Oakdale, David (Lori) of Fort Ripley, Ronald of St. Paul and Judith Vansickle of Brainerd; siblings: Jim Nelson, Lorraine Mix, Ruth Ann Gustafson and Bruce Nelson; 16 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
Beverly is preceded in death by her parents, infant daughter, Karen; brothers: Cliff, Don, Wes, and a sister, Marion.
Services have been held.
