Chloe Poissant Obit

CHLOE POISSANT, 14, died suddenly on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2023 at her home in St. Cloud. She was born June 21, 2008 in St. Cloud to Anthony Engels and Kristi Poissant.  She was an 8th grade student at Cathedral High School where she was active in softball.  Chloe liked to try new things, including karate, gymnastics and dance.  She enjoyed spending time with her grandpa fishing and hunting.  She loved to draw and was very artistic.  She was active in her church youth group “Ignite” and enjoyed going on mission trips.  Chloe had a beautiful smile and a contagious laugh; she was an amazing big sister to her siblings. She is survived by her mother, Kristi Poissant of St. Cloud; father, Anthony (Madison) Engels of Crosby; her sisters and brothers, Jayla Poissant Williams, Kyra Rose Christopherson, Zachary David Stenglein, Michael David Hester-Engels, Marley Marie Hester-  Engels, Scarlett Grace Hester-Engels, Amari   Albert Hester, grandparents, Keith Poissant, Linda (Wayne) Gillitzer, Marty Engels and Debra Engels. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 12, 2023 at Love of Christ Lutheran Church in St. Cloud with the  Rev. Steve Klemp will officiate.  Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday (today) at the Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in St. Cloud and one hour prior to services Thursday at the church in St. Cloud.
