Coleen Lee Raymond Obit

COLEEN LEE RAYMOND,  80, of Deerwood, died on Oct. 27, 2022 at the Riverwood Healthcare Center in Aitkin.  She was born in Crosby on July 21, 1942 to Wesley “Dale” and Irene (Keeler) McCoy. She graduated from the Crosby-Ironton High School, class of 1961 and then graduated from the St. Cloud Beauty School. She married Rodney Raymond on Aug. 3, 1963 in Deerwood.  She was a Title One teacher at the Washington Elementary School in New Ulm, retiring back to the Crosby area in 1998. Preceding her in death are her parents; two sons, Von and Kevin Raymond; and one brother Keith McCoy. She is survived by her husband, Rodney; her son Kurt Raymond of New Ulm; her sister, Wendy Flannigan of Crosby  and four grandchildren. No services are being held at this time.   Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
