Crow Wing County’s short-term rental license ordinance

The Crow Wing County Land Services Department is requesting public comment on a proposed Short-Term Rental License Ordinance.   
The proposed ordinance can be accessed by searching for “Ordinance” on Crow Wing County’s Web site, www.crowwing.us. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available from the Land Services Department located at 322 Laurel Street in Brainerd during the business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or by contacting the Department at 824-1010.
Written comments on the proposed ordinance will be accepted until Dec. 21. Comments may be:

A public hearing is scheduled for Dec. 31 at 9:05 a.m. in the Crow Wing County board room to consider adopting the Crow Wing County Short-Term Rental Licensing Ordinance.
