ELIZABETH "LIZ" FORMANEK, 92, of Henning died on May 25, 2022 at Our Home Your Home Assisted Living in Henning.
Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 3 at 11 a.m. at St. Edward’s Catholic Church in Henning. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. prior to the service at church.
