Gayle Hanson Obit

A Celebration of Life for Gayle Hanson will be held Saturday, Oct. 4 from noon to 3 p.m. at the Bridge Tavern in Crosby. Live music by “The Mark Petersen Band” will be enjoyed from 3 to 6 p.m. Hanson, 79, of Crosby, died June 22, 2025, at Aicota HealthCare Center in Aitkin. She was born Jan. 29, 1946 in Windom to Bertha Sofia Persson and Henry Julius Jenson. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Bill Hanson; daughter Anna Hanson; two brothers Rodney Jenson and Richard Persson. She is survived by three sons: Ryan (Deanna Nichols) Hanson, Crosby; Billy (Erin) Hanson, Bloomington; and Curt Hanson, Crosby; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Burial at Woodland Cemetery will be a later date.
