James Michael Sullivan Obit

JAMES MICHAEL SULLIVAN, 71 of Ironton, died on Nov. 14, 2022 at his home.  He was born on Sept. 22, 1951 in Virginia, MN to Guy and Grace (Sorensen) Sullivan.
He served for two years in the U.S. Army as a Tank Commander for the M60 Tan. One of the years he was stationed in Germany.  His hobbies include hunting, fishing, feeding the birds and riding his motorcycle.
Preceding Jim in death are his parents; and his two feline companions, Sassy and Wilson.
Jim is survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law, Terry and Linda  Sullivan of Rogers and Steven and Theresa Sullivan of Moses Lake, WA and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 23 at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby with full military honors presented by the Myrin-James American Legion Post #443.  Visitation will be on Saturday at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
