Kevin Alan Christensen Obit

KEVIN ALAN CHRISTENSEN, 66, of Deerwood died on March 13, 2022.  He was born in Crosby on Sept. 28, 1955 to William and Marilyn (Beddow) Christensen.  Kevin graduated from the Crosby-Ironton High School, class of 1974.  He was a member of the Boiler Makers Union Local 247 in Anoka. Preceding Kevin in death are his parents; sisters, Cheryl Weimer and Kelly Seavey and brother Carl Seavey. Kevin is survived by two daughters, Monica (Tim) McDonald of St. Cloud and Candace (Lucas Dvorak) Christensen of Deerwood; one brother, Joe (Julie) Seavey, Jr. of Browerville; six sisters, Ruth Windorski of Grand Rapids, Tammy (John) Hawkinson of Deerwood, Carrie (Calvin) Larson of Shevlin, Greta Seavey of Breezy Point, Joella (Jeff) Bordwell of Deerwood and Melissa (Mike) Hein of Andover and four grandchildren, Logan and Reese McDonald and Evan and Jack Dvorak. A Memorial Gathering will be on Thursday, March 17 at the Koop Funeral Home from 4 to 7 p.m.  Burial will be at the Woodland Cemetery in Irondale Township.
