Leonard "Roscoe" Migliori Obit

LEONARD "ROSCOE" MIGLIERI passed away on Dec. 2, 2023, at the age of 95, in Emily. He was born in Chicago, IL, on Aug. 6, 1928. He retired to Naples, FL with his sweet pea, Dorothy Polden.  After Dorothy’s passing, Leonard moved to Emily where his daughter Millie and Jim Joslin were caregivers for the last eight-and-a-half years. His son Jim also provided care for Lenny’s last summer. He was preceded in death by his sweet pea, Dorothy Polden; his parents Joseph and Josephine (DiNovo) Miglieri; his siblings, Anthony DiLise, Josephine Badus and Augustina Gioia, and his son Emil Miglieri.   Leonard is survived by a large and loving family including his brother Roy Miglieri of Jupiter, FL; and his children Joseph Miglieri, JoAnn Lindman, James Miglieri, Millianne Miglieri and Leonard Miglieri.  His loving grandchildren include, Leonard, Frank, Joseph, Michael, Christopher, Michael, Timothy, Emily, Alec, Matthew, James, Anthony and Sabrina.  He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter and by many loving nephews and nieces. Leonard’s celebration of life is being planned for the first weekend in August, 2024. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
