MARILYN McGEEHAN, 87, died Friday, June 30, 2023. She was born to Francis and Velma (Nelson) Lightner-Johnson in Little Falls. Marilyn, our mother, loved life, adventures, her family, friends, outdoors, animals and wildlife. She also enjoyed exploring sites along the way. Each stage of her life was a new adventure. Mother loved it all. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, George McGeehan; parents; brother Lowell; sister Leona; sisters-in-law Carmen and Beverly and nephews Sean, Scott and Brian and niece, Ashley Lyvers. She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law Holly and Gary Hansen, Merrylyn Turelsen and Toby Gilman, son Ray Smestad, brother and sister-in-law Gerald and Sandy Johnson, sister and brother-in-law Heidi and Jeff Danko, grandchildren Mike and Scott (Leanne) Hansen, Rachel Gilman and Levi Benefield, Dusten and Dillon Gilman and Dakota and Stephen Smestad and great-grandchildren Willlow, Connor, Blair, Heidi, Levi Blake and Wyatt. A private family burial will be at a later date.
