Marjorie M. Roach Wheeler Obit

MARJORIE M. ROACH WHEELER, 83 years young, passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus, surrounded by family on Aug. 16, 2021 with courage, dignity and grace at Essentia-St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd.  Thank you to the doctors and nurses for their care at Essentia and Cuyuna Regional Medical Center.   She was born on Jan. 25, 1938 in Crosby to Louis and Vera (Gordon) Moritz.   Marge loved spending time with her family.  Nothing made her smile more than time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Her great-grands were her “little buddies.” She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, family hunting trips, gardening, fishing trips, time at the lake, going to the casino, and spending time with friends and family. Marge is survived by her sons, Jim (Pam) Roach and Randy (Kelly) Roach; step-son, Brian Wheeler; her daughter, Mitzi Crall; step-daughter, Brenda Wheeler; two brothers, Ray (Janice) Moritz and Eugene (Marilyn) Moritz; 10 grandchildren and 16  great- grandchildren. Preceding Marge in death are her parents; first husband, Jimmie Roach Sr.; second husband James Wheeler; granddaughter, Heidi Keen and great-granddaughter, Analisa Wheeler. Services have been held. Arrangements were with Koop Funeral Home of Crosby.
