Mary Lynn Wickman Obit

MARY LYNN WICKMAN, 79 of Aitkin, formerly of Plymouth, died at her home on March 24, 2022.  She was born on Nov. 23, 1942 in Milwaukee, WI to Francis and Evelyn (Weidert) Boehmer.  She married Terry Wickman on Oct. 24, 1964 in Milwaukee, WI.  She was a retired Special Education teacher at the Hennepin Technical Center, District 287. She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crosby; Aitkin Woman’s Tennis Club and the Armstrong Hockey Boosters. Preceding her in death are her parents. She is survived by her husband, Terry; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff  and Stacey Wickman of Woodbury and Mike and Brenda Wickman of Chandler, AZ; one daughter and son-in-law, Terilynn  and Peter Cheser of Apple Valley; one brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Joanie Boehmer of Denver, CO and five grandchildren. A Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 30 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crosby.  A visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.  If desired memorials are preferred to the Special Olympics of Minnesota. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
