Patricia M. Treloar Obit

PATRICIA M. TRELOAR, 84, of Mankato, formerly of Minnetonka, died on Saturday, Feb. 26, 2022. She was born on Feb. 19, 1938 in Elrosa to Leo and Ella (Welch) Dolan. On Feb. 11, 1961 she was united in marriage to Kenneth Treloar in Elrosa. She was a RN for over 50 years, 30 of those with the State of Minnesota, including Department of Human Services, Department of Corrections. She loved to cook, entertain and travel the world. She was proud of being 100% Irish Catholic and very involved in her church.  Family was  the center of her life and her giving ways benefitted friends and relatives throughout her life. Her door was always open to everyone. She was preceded in death by her parents; infant daughter and sisters, Nancy and Mary Beth. She is survived by her husband, Ken; children and their spouses: David Treloar, Mary and Larry Krmpotich, Tom Treloar, and Susie and Casey Kersten; seven granddaughters; 14 great-grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Jeanne and Mike Markell; brother and sister-in-law Jim and Mary Kay  Dolan; many nieces and nephews, cousins and special friends. Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, March 4 at 1 p.m. at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church with visitation one hour prior to the service at church. Burial will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
