Tina Lou Meyer Obit

TINA LOU MEYER, 81, of Baxter and formerly Columbia Heights, died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2021 at her home. Tina was born to Allen and Opal (Torgerson) Crabtree on Aug. 18, 1940 in Aitkin. Tina married the love of her life, Donald Meyer on Oct. 17, 1975. She was a tremendous wife, mother, and grandmother. Her hobbies included reading, camping, boating, and any activity that involved spending time with her family. She and Don travelled cross-county multiple times and took cruises around the world. She is preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Allen ‘Bud’ Crabtree, Nancy Quale, Floyd Crabtree and Roy Crabtree. Tina is survived by her husband, Donald Meyer; children, Donny (Charity) Meyer and Riann (Andrew Post) Meyer; grandchildren, Dillon and Micah Meyer and A.J. and Lachlan Post; great-grandchildren, Mannix and KayeLynn Meyer; siblings, Carolyn Walker and Donna (Al) Sorensen and many other family members and friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, Dec. 10 at 11 a.m. at Lakewood Evangelical Free Church in Baxter. Friends and family are invited to gather for one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, Little Falls. Arrangements are with the Nelson-Doran Funeral Home, Brainerd.
