William "Bill" Stewart Glenn Obit

WILLIAM "BILL" STEWART GLENN, 86, of Emily, died on Nov. 26, 2021 at his home.  He was born on Oct.  20, 1935 in Crosby to Robert and Nina (Wilmot) Glenn.  Bill married Lynn Arden Hawley on June 29, 1957 in Emily. He was a U.S. Army Veteran.  He was former employee of the Alaskan Pipeline; was a former owner of the Emily Garage and the Bungalow Bar and Supper Club in Emily, a Scorpion Snowmobile employee, Crosby and a retired Emily Fireman. Preceding him in death are his parents and one brother, Jim Glenn. He is survived by his wife, Lynn; one son, Rodney Glenn of Crosby; two daughter and son-in-law, Tracy and Michael  Crosby of Belle Plaine and Tawnya Bonsante of Shakopee; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A Memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4 at the Wesleyan Church in Emily.  Burial will be at the Pine Ridge Cemetery at a later date.  A visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.
