Juanita "Fay" McDearmon Obit

JUANITA "FAY" McDEARMON, 77, of Irondale Township, died on Sept. 29, 2019 at her daughter’s home in St. Francis. She was born on March 14, 1942 in Coushatta, LA to Jerry and Juanita (Sigman) Nelms. Fay married Michael McDearmon on Aug. 30, 1960 in Elizabeth City, NC.
Preceding Fay in death are her parents; one sister, Margaret Darche; one brother, James Gemery; a grandson, Kyle Formo and son-in-law, Joel Formo.
Fay is survived by her husband, Mike; two sons, Jerry McDearmon of Anoka and Taft McDearmon of Brainerd; four daughters and sons-in-law, Juanity “Kay” and Chris Walker of St. Francis; Judy Fell of Blaine; Christine and Dale Heuer of Fort Myers, FL and Hilda Formo of Riverton; one brother, John Gemery of Jacksonville, FL; one sister, Jennie Gemery of Jacksonville, FL; 29 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crosby. Burial will be at the Woodland Cemetery in Irondale Township. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
