Sally Grace Johnson Obit

SALLY GRACE JOHNSON, 81, of Crosby, died on Sept. 18, 2019 at the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby.  She was born on Oct. 2, 1937 in Minneapolis to Roland and Grace (Andersen) Aker.  Sally married James A. Johnson on Oct. 26, 1956 in St. Louis Park.
She was a member of the Cascade United Methodist Church in Deerwood.  She was Den Mother of Cub Scout Pack #386 and  Committee member of Boy Scout Troop #386, Bloomington; member of Order of Eastern Star from 1957 to the present, Worthy Grand Matron from 1980-81, Grand Secretary from 1981-92, Grand Office for 17 years; Member of the Bloomington Chapter #307 and Woodland Chapter # 122, Aitkin; member of Lakes Area Law Enforcement for 10 years.
Preceding her in death are her parents.
She is survived by her husband, James; three sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Tami Johnson of Brainerd; Scott and Lisa Johnson of Rosemount and Keith and Kelli Johnson of Blaine; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at noon on Saturday, Oct. 5 at the Cascade United Methodist Church in Deerwood.  Visitation will be on Friday from 4 to 6:30 p.m. with an Eastern Star Service at 6:30 p.m. at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby and one hour prior to the services at the church on Saturday.  If desired memorials are preferred to Masonic Charities and the Cascade United Methodist Church in Deerwood, donors choice.
