Jensen’s Chocolates Pop-Up at Victual in Crosby

Larry Jensen of Longville will bring his famous chocolates to Victual in Crosby for a pop-up event.
Join us on Saturday, Dec. 7 from noon to 5 p.m. at 124 West Main Street.
His chocolate liqueur truffles are “beyond” spectacular. Jensen learned his craft during retraining at a Twin Cities culinary school after the 2008 economic crash during which he was laid-off from his millwright/mechanic/welding job. He used a proven tradition European technique using fresh ingredients such as organic cream and butter as well as some of the best organiz fair trade chocolate available. These will make perfect stocking stuffers.
