Lawrence "Larry" Roger Leger, Sr. obit

LAWRENCE "LARRY" ROGER LEGER, SR. died. Everyone who knew Larry would say he was the hardest worker they ever knew. Larry served nine years in the National Guard and was extremely proud to serve his country. He was kind, caring, and would give more than he would ever take. He loved fishing, gardening, being outdoors, and cracking jokes. Everyone around him was constantly smiling or laughing. His life revolved around his children, that is until his grandbabies came around and stole his heart, he was a very, very proud papa. He was loved by so many and will be missed dearly.
Larry is survived by his loving companion, Bessie Starr; his son, Lawrence Jr. (Kayla); three daughters, Nichole Hallermann (Scott), Brittany Junger (Shawn), and Samantha Leger (Kurtis); eight grandbabies; brother Tim (Lisa); and his four sisters, Mary Cantrell (Kevin), Judy Cassidy (John), Darcy Girtz, and Kathy Leger; many cousins, nieces, and nephews; and so many dear friends.
Larry was proceeded in death by his parents. Lila and Amos Leger; his dear friend, Caroline Crimmins; and many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 8 at 11:30 a.m. at 24248 U.S. High
