Katherine "Kay" L. Prinzing Obit

KATHERINE L. PRINZING, 88, of Emily, died on Aug. 2, 2020, at her home.
She was born on Aug. 29, 1931 in Owatonna to Albert and Mary (Kubicek) Mollenhauer. She was an employee of Control Data in Arden Hills with 23 ½ years of service. With her husband Bernard owned and operated the Trader’s Palace Marine in Outing and was a former owner of Vacationland Properties Real Estate in Emily for 12 years. She was a member of St. Emily’s Catholic Church in Emily.
She is survived by three daughters, Meri (Jack) Lysne of Outing, Roxane LaBore of Emily and Beverly Horwath of Moose Lake; one brother, Sidney (Lois) Mollenhauer of Eagan; two sisters, Louise (John) Ryan and Darlene Ulrich all of Faribault; six grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren.
Preceding her in death are her parents, her husband Bernard in April; four brothers and three sisters.
A private service is being held. Burial will be at the Pine Ridge Cemetery in Emily. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
