Celebration of Life for Carrie Swanson

CARRIE JANE (TSCHEU) SWANSON died at her home in Binford, ND on Feb. 22, 2020. She was born to Douglas and Suzanne (Thoms) Tscheu Sept. 18, 1965 in St. Louis Park.
She enjoyed spending her time hunting, restoring old vehicles, collecting antiques, crafting, gardening, carpentry work and spending time with her family. She was a woman with many talents.
She attended Crosby-Ironton High School and Brainerd Tech. After college she worked for Breezy Point Resort as night auditor/ accounts receivable for eight years. In 2002 she began her career as an insurance agent/crop adjuster and remained in the insurance field nearly 21 years.
She is preceded in death by her brother James.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Brian Swanson, previous husband Robert Chamberlin, children and spouses Jerrid and Lauren, Heather, Alexa and Joseph, Russell and Toni, 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; parents Douglas and Suzanne and siblings Debra, Thomas, David, Berdinya and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, Aug. 22 beginning at noon at her home located at 309 Shiply Avenue West in Binford, ND. Everyone who loved her and was blessed to know her is invited.
