Eric Dobson Obit

ERIC DOBSON, 51, passed away on Jan. 4, 2021 in Houston, TX.
He was born in Crosby on Oct. 2, 1969 and raised in Riverton. Upon graduation from Crosby-Ironton High School, he joined the U.S. Army. He was stationed in Germany, the Middle East, Missouri and Texas for 12 years before his discharge. Eric then began employment at Pepsi in Houston, TX, until illness forced his retirement. He fought cancer with determination, grace and gentle tolerance for close to two decades.
Eric leaves behind his wife Bridgette, three children: Leo, Tara and Nate, all of Houston, TX; parents Brian and Pam Dobson of Riverton; siblings: Brandon and Kathy Dobson and children of Pillager; Penny and Brian Grimsley and children of Pillager.
Mere words cannot edpress our gratitude to Erick’s cousins Mike,Leah and SaShanna for the love and comfort they provided him when needed it the most.
Services with full military honors will be held in Houston, TX. A celebration of his life will be held in Minnesota at a later date.
Rest well, son. You have earned your Heavenly Crown.
