Jeanette "Jan" M. Cottom Obit

JEANETTE "JAN" M. COTTOM, 82, of Iron River, MI, died March 15, 2021 at the Iron County Medical Care Facility in Crystal Falls, MI. She was born April 10, 1938 in Crosby to Jack and Taimi (Hoskari) Bodie and graduated from Crosby-Ironton High School, class of 1956. She married Paul Cottom on May 13, 1972 in Manhattan Beach, CA.
She was a member of Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall in Iron River, MI and active in the church.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father and step-father, Frank Rantasha.
She is survived by her husband Paul; son and daughter-in-law Michael and Penny Daniels of Iron River, MI; daughter and son-in-law Christina and Carlos Vivanco of Longmont, CO; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Stan Jones of Aitkin; brother and sister-in-law, David and Lori Rantasha of Otsego; grandchildren Sierra, Austin, Lucy, Manny and Maya and many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
