Owen Dale Grunzke Obit

OWEN DALE GRUNZKE, 84, of Crosby, died at his home on May 17, 2022.  He was born in Wells on Dec. 31, 1937 to Frederick and Bernice (Brandt) Grunzke.  Owen married Donna Kinney on Dec. 13, 1959 in Wells.  He was a former member and past president of The St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Minnesota Lake.  After his retirement Owen served on the Dunbar Township Board and the Wolford Township Board.
Preceding Owen in death are his parents; one brother, Harold Grunzke and one sister, Delores Schroeder.
Owen is survived by his wife, Donna; two sons and daughter-in-law, Nicholas and Lori Grunzke of Breezy Point, Nathan Grunzke of Plymouth and Nathan’s friend Ranae Groskreutz Thompson of Waldorf; his grandchildren, Derek Grunzke, Riley Grunzke, Rob Randall, Hunter and Katie Pakhotama  Grunzke; two great-grandchildren, Reagan and Bryson; brother-in-law, Maynard Schroeder of Lakeville; sister-in-law, Ardis Grunzke of Mankato and many nieces and nephews.
A private family service was held.  
Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
