Jack Lysne Obit

JOHN P. "JACK" LYSNE JR., 79, of Outing, died at his home on Feb. 8, 2023.  He was born in Northfield on Dec. 30, 1943 to John and Jane (McGuire) Lysne.   He graduated from the White Bear High School, class of 1961. John has been a millwright with Local 548 for 48 years, retired for 22 of those years in Outing.  He was employed with Lovegreen Industrial Services and subcontracted to work at 3M plants all over the United States during that time.  He enjoyed fishing and hunting and had many trips over the years. He loved watching the deer and birds at his Lawrence Lake home. Preceding him in death are his parents, John and Jane Lysne and one daughter, Lanette. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Meri; his sons and daughter-in-law, Jim of Emily, John and Heather of Forest Lake and Mark of Forest Lake; his daughters, Lori LeVasseur (Bob) of Stacy and Renee Lynse (Doug) of Forest Lake; one brother, James of White Bear Lake; 22 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
