Ralph James Ferrier Obit

RALPH JAMES FERRIER, 73 of Aitkin, died on April 25, 2023 at the Riverwood Health Care Center in Aitkin.  He was born in Sturgis, MI to Ralph and Analee (Hart) Ferrier.  He  married Linda Fageroos on Jan. 14, 1982 in Pequot Lakes.  He was an avid outdoorsman and guided for fishing, hunting and trapping trips.
Preceding him in death are his parents; one grandson, one great-granddaughter and one brother.
He is survived by his wife Linda; three sons and daughters-in-law, Victor and Jaime Fageroos of Urbandale, IA, Eric and Holly Keck of Clearfield, KY and J.R. and Melissa Ferrier of Brainerd; two daughters and sons-in-law, Amy Pendegayosh and Wade Kuznia  Pendegayosh of Deerwood and Melissa and Leif  Gustafson of Crosby; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Phil and Ruth Ferrier of Burr Oak, MI, Jerry and Candace Ferrier of Aitkin, Roger and Mike Tye;  five sisters and brothers-in-law, Diane Halsey of LaGrange, IN, Ruthanne and Jerry  McKay of Ina, IL, Cynthia and Fred Cramer of Sturgis, MI, Nancy and Mark Paul of Huntington, IN and Penny Harrop of Coco Beach, FL; 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, July 3 from noon to 2 p.m. at the Rabbit Lake Townhall (24958 Townhall Road, Aitkin). Burial will follow at 2:30 p.m. at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby.
