Daniel Alan Eckman Obit

DANIEL ALAN ECKMAN, 71, of Crosby, formerly of Columbia Heights, died on Oct. 14, 2023, at the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby.
He was born on July 1, 1952 in Minneapolis to Dale and Mona (Ries) Eckman.  
Daniel is survived by his wife, Janice Eckman; his mother, Mona Eckman; two brothers, Marvin (Sharon) Eckman and Ronald Eckman; a step-daughter, Dena (Harry) Ruikka, Jr.; step-grandchildren, Alexander (Page) Ruikka, Kaleb Ruikka (Breanna Fields), Jaylynn Ruikka, Bayden Ruikka and step-great-grandchildren, Kora and Leon Ruikka.
Preceding Daniel in death are his father, Dale Eckman and one sister, Jean Eckman.
No services are being held.  If desired memorials can be sent to Janice at 300 3rd Ave. N.E. Apt. 213, Crosby, MN 56441.
