Gary Loren Williams Obit

GARY LOREN WILLIAMSGary Loren WilliamsSept. 29, 1962 in Willmar.  He was a retired sales representative for Sports Supply, SC Distributors and Bell Industries retiring in 2003.  He was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Aitkin, a former member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Crosby, a member of the Aitkin American Legion and former member of the Mission Lake Association and Mission Fire Department. Preceding him in death are his parents; his wife, Marilyn and one brother, John Williams. He is survived by three sons and daughters-in law, Michael Williams of Merrifield, Rob and Brita Williams of Aitkin and Jesse and Nela Williams of Crosby; one daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Rich Munsch of Nisswa; one brother and partner, Robert  and Jay Williams of Hutchinson; one sister and brother-in-law, Gail and Paul Magnuson of Willmar; one sister-in-law, Kathy Williams of Osceola, WI; ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be held 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Crosby.  A visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Burial will be at the Mission Township Cemetery with full military honors presented by the Aitkin Legion Post #86 and Aitkin VFW Roberts-Glad Post #1727.   Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
