Clarence "Clair" Cornell Anderson Obit

CLARENCE CORNELL ANDERSON, 85, passed away Monday, March 3, 2025, at Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park. He was born Oct. 27, 1939, in Crosby, MN. Clarie graduated C-I high school in 1957 where he was class president, homecoming king, football co-captain, and on class reunion committees. Graduated from U of M with BS Metallurgical Engineering and Loyola University with MBA. Had a successful career in sales and marketing in the steel industry. Belonged to Masons-Shriners, Rotary and Elks in Detroit Lakes and was an usher and member of the Men’s Breakfast Club at church. Andy loved spending time at the cabin in Crosby fishing and hunting. Clarie is survived by his wife, Jayne; daughters, Kristin (Alan Shemwell) Anderson, Heidi (Bill) Keefe; grandchildren, Aidan Keefe and Gracie Shemwell.   He is preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Louise; brothers, Scott and Blair, and sister, Gayle. A Celebration of Life at All Saints Lutheran Church, Minnetonka will be scheduled for a later date.
