Charles Michael Klippenes Obit

CHARLES MICHAEL KLIPPENES, Jr., 47, of Brainerd, went to meet the Lord on March 18, 2025 in Brainerd. He was born on Aug. 31, 1977 in Robbinsdale to Charles and Bonnie (Harrison) Klippenes. Charles was united in marriage to Brenda Booth on Sept. 10, 2016 in Crosby. He was a Zone 1 First Responder; an EMT with Lakewood Health Care System in Staples and an employee of McDonald’s in Brainerd. Charles is survived by his wife, Brenda;  his children, Blu Klippenes of Fergus Falls, Nijah Klippenes of Verndale, Azheni Klippenes of Fergus Falls; and Ashriel “Grey” Klippenes of Fergus Falls; his mother, Bonnie Klippenes of Brainerd; the mother of his children, Angel Klippenes of Fergus Falls; step children, , Alan (Alex) Booth of Crosby and David (Ashley) Booth of Brainerd; one brother, Richard (Joey) Waters of Ramsey; and five grandchildren. Preceding Charles in death is his father, Charles Klippenes. A Memorial Gathering will be held Saturday, April 5 at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby from 1 to 4 p.m. with a prayer service at 3 p.m.   Burial will be at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Nokay Lake Township at a later date.
