Charles Ralph Hoover Obit

CAHRLES RALPH HOOVER, 85, of Outing, passed away on May 26, 2025 at his home. He was born on May 17, 1940 in Minneapolis to William and Lillian (Fuhs) Hoover. He was a retired member of the Teamsters Union Local 120 in the Twin Cities; a long-time Scout Master with the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 120, S. Minneapolis; a 50-year member of the Masonic Lodge 19, Minneapolis; Lakers Lions Club; Tri County Sheriff Association and county board of aging groups. He is survived by his sons, Christopher (Larissa) Hoover of Richfield and Kelly Hoover of Bloomington; two sisters, Janet Johnson of Coon Rapids and Nancy Christensen of Aitkin; and three grandchildren. Preceding him in death are his parents; his wife, Ramona; two daughters, Sarah and Lynn Hoover and one brother, Richard Hoover. A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 14 at the Koop Funeral Home with military honors presented by the Myrin-James American Legion Post #443.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
