Sherel Sue Londo Obit

SHEREL SUE LONDO, 72, passed away suddenly early morning on June 8, 2025, near her home in Deerwood. Sherel was born in Minneapolis on March 25, 1953, daughter of Emil Wahlstrom and Beatrice (Pearson) Wahlstrom. She united in marriage with Gary Londo, Sr. on July 16, 1983. Sherel moved out of the twin cities in the late ‘90s seeking refuge in small-town living and worked in Aitkin for years. Sherel lived in Deerwood for the past 12 years; she enjoyed living there, being in nature and playing bingo at Grand Casino Mille Lacs. Sherel had a big heart; she was always doing something for someone. If she had it, she would give it. Sherel was preceded in death by her husband Gary Londo, Sr., father Emil Wahlstrom, mother Beatrice, Step-Father Larry Pearson, sisters Judy, Linda, brother Ronald, and great-grandson Hudson. Sherel is survived by her son Gary Londo, Jr. (Shannon), daughter Annette (Charles Carson), brother Gerald Wahlstrom, sisters Lorna Yaeger, Marla Wright; grandchildren Gary Londo, III (Angie), Zach Londo, Kelsey Anderson (Clayton), Kaleb and Kody Carson, and great- grandchildren Scarlett and Violet Londo, Madelynn and Evelyn Anderson. Sherel surely will be missed and never forgotten. Visitation is Monday, June 16 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Crystal Lake Chapel, 3816 Penn Avenue North in Minneapolis and one hour prior to the service (10 to 11 a.m.) Tuesday, June 17. Funeral Service is Tuesday, June 17 from 11 a.m. to noon at Crystal Lake Chapel in Minneapolis.
