Robert "Bob" Gordon Enga Obit

ROBERT "BOB" GORDON ENGA, 93, of Deerwood, passed away on June 24, 2025 at Essentia St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd. He was born on May 23, 1932 in Minneapolis to Albert and Myrtle (Harris) Enga.  He was a U.S. Navy veteran.  He was united in marriage with Hazel Underdahl on May 9, 1953 in Mason City, IA. He was a faithful man worshiping with the local Assembly of God Faith Community. He is survived by his wife Hazel; his two sons, Robert (Karen) Enga, Jr. of Cambridge and Paul (Terri) Enga of Foley; four daughters, Deborah (Ronald) May of Deerwood, Bonita (Donald) Eschenbacher of Maple Grove, Tamara (Scott) Stanfield of Brainerd and Jennifer Antunes of Sandwich, MA.; 20 grandchildren and 51 great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death are his parents; three brothers, Donald, Melvin and Richard Enga; two sisters, Alva Westman and Eleanor Pugh and two great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. on Monday, July 7, 2025 at the Heritage Church in Baxter. Full military honors will be presented by the Myrin-James American Legion Post #443 of Ironton.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. Burial will be at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Princeton.   Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
