Allen Brenycz Obit

ALLEN "BIG AL" BRENYCZ, 55, died unexpectedly on Nov. 2, 2025. He was born on Sept. 13, 1970 in Milwaukee, WI, and grew up in Burnsville. He took full advantage of living near a lake and became an avid fisherman  who loved to bring critters and slimy critters home to ''surprise" his mom. He loved to ride his bike fast and to stay out later than he should have, and to take every dare that came his way. His love for adrenaline and the outdoors followed him throughout his life and he was never happier than when he had his own little place in Mora. He enjoyed his over-the-top hospitality including bonfires and barbeques. After the loss of his parents, his dreams led him from there to open his own bar in Emily. Big Al's was an effort of love, endurance, sacrifice and humility. He made several great friends there and was known for his big heart, strong convictions and generosity. His laughter, love, generosity, stories, enthusiasm,  support, kindness, and BIG spirit is going to be missed by many. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by sisters Patty and Stephanie; nieces, nephews and many friends. A party is being planned to share stories, a drink or two and of course, some kind of food. In lieu of flowers make a generous donation to your local food bank in memory of Brenycz.
