JOSEPH ANDREW SECHSER was welcomed into his eternal home on May 21, 2022, after an eleven-month battle with brain cancer.
Mass of Christian Burial for Joseph will be held on Friday May 27 at 11 a.m. at St. Christopher’s Catholic Church in Nisswa. There will be a visitation for family and friends held on Thursday, May 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church and an hour before the service on Friday. A prayer service and rosary will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Pequot Lakes.

KIMBERLE JAYNE LaSART, 65, of Crosby, died at the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center on May 11, 2022.  She was born on Jan. 10, 1957 in Minneapolis.
Preceding her in death are her parents and two brothers, Patrick and Timothy Morgan.
She is survived by her fiancé, Melvin Christopherson; two sons, Brett Stimac of Brainerd and Blake LaSart of Brainerd; one daughter, Brandi Mahowald of Deerwood; one sister, Pamela Richards of Baxter, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild on the way.

KIMBERLEE ANNE (MILLER) GRUHLKE, 44, of  Aitkin, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2022 at her home.  She was born Dec. 8, 1977 in Aitkin to Harlan R. and Christine Rose (Torgerson) Miller. She grew up in Aitkin and graduated from Aitkin High School in 1996.  She attended St. Cloud Technical College and was employed by Aitkin High School as a Para-professional.

FRANK WILLIAM PERPICH, 90, of Crosby, passed away on May 22, 2022 at his home.  He was born April 2, 1932 in Crosby to Mike and Ivka (Butorac) Perpich, immigrants from Krivi Put and Krmpote, Croatia.

MARCELLA "MARCY" M. STANICH, 102, of Deerwood, died on Feb. 22, 2022 at Bethany Good Samaritan in Brainerd.  She was born in Brainerd on Jan. 18, 1920 to Joseph and Bertha (Rappel) Rasch.  She attended elementary school at St. Francis in Brainerd and graduated from Washington High, class of 1937.   She was a retired teller with Unity Bank in Crosby.  She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Crosby.
Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Gene; one son, Joe and two sisters, Katheryn Clough and Dorothy Weiss

CLARENCE "JACK" WILLIAM HACK, 78, of Deerwood, died at his home on May 15, 2022.  He was born on Sept. 7, 1943 in Johnstown, PA to Clarence and Catherine (Green) Hack.
He married Janyces “Janny” Gross on April 27, 1968 in Woodbridge, VA.  He was a retired employee of IBM with 44 years of service.  He was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Iron Hub.
Preceding Jack in death are his father and one sister, Doris Poad.

FRED L. EHRICH, 91, of Brainerd, died on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at The Commons on Marice, Eagan.
Fred was born on Feb. 17, 1931 to Henry and Anna (Hiebel) Ehrich in Ironton. He met his wife of 66 years, May, while attending Crosby-Ironton High School. He was proud to serve his country in the United States Army and spent his career as a supervisor at Potlatch.
Fred was a loving, sensitive, and prayerful husband, father and grandfather.

JOSEPH "JOE" BRIAN TAUZELL, 63, died on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at his home in North Carolina surrounded by his family.
He graduated from Crosby-Ironton High School, Class of 1977.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Tauzell and Julie Fuller; brothers, Michael, Bob and Ronald Tauzell and a daughter, Redonna Jean Helmick.
He is survived by his wife of over 37 years, Beth L. Tauzell; son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Ashlea Tauzell; sister, Joni Tauzell and brothers, Paul and Richard Tauzell.
Services have been held.
