Essentia Health restricts visitors

Our top priority is the safety and wellbeing of our patients, staff and the communities we are privileged to serve. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Essentia Health has made the difficult decision to restrict visitors at our hospitals. This is being done to protect patients and staff, and prevent the spread of this virus.
No visitors are allowed, except in the following circumstances:
—Inpatients: Visitors only will be allowed based on compassionate-care needs. Family members are advised to call the hospital/unit before coming.

Crow Wing County offices to modify service delivery

Based on new guidance from the president about limiting unnecessary person-to-person contact, Crow Wing County will be modifying how it delivers services to the public and will not be allowing public entry to county buildings through at least March 31.  Crow Wing County remains open to serving the public and will now do so through telephone, e-mail, and an array of on-line services available through our Web site:  crowwing.us

CRMC restricts visitors

As new cases of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) are confirmed in Minnesota, Cuyuna Regional Medical Center is restricting visitors and limiting access to its facilities to protect its patients, residents and staff.

Grand Casino Mille Lacs temporarily closes

The Grand Casino announced a voluntary temporary closure of casino operations at both Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley.
The closure is due to help stop the spread of COVID-19. The casino plans to be closed for 14 days. While the casinos are closed to the public, they still plan to help the community. The casino will take part in Adopt-a-School program where the casinos will provide lunch to students in need who attend public schools in Onamia, Isle, Hinckley-Finlayson, McGregor and Nay Ah Shing lower and upper schools.

 

Care 'n Share suspended

The Care-n-Share Wednesday free meal program has been temporarily suspended due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to reflect the concerns about the health and safety for our volunteers and the community members we serve.   
When these extremely fluid health concerns return to normal, Care 'n Share will resume this meal program.   
 

 

CRMC Care Center, Heartwood closed to visitors

With reports Minnesotans have tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19), Cuyuna Regional Medical Center is closing its Care Center and Heartwood Senior Living Community to visitors to ensure those who live and work there remain safe and healthy. All community events and classes scheduled at Heartwood have been cancelled indefinitely.

Business After Hours CRMC cancelled

The Cuyuna Lakes Chamber of Commerce has cancelled the Business After Hours on Wednesday, April 15 at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby.
It will be rescheduled at a later date.
