CRMC Kaleidoscope Cancer Fund-Raiser

The public is invited to boogie the night away while raising money and good vibes to support those facing cancer at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center’s Kaleidoscope Disco Party on Tuesday evening, Oct. 29, at Ruttger’s Bay Lake Lodge where a legendary nightclub will be re-created for one night only.
Beginning at 6 p.m. there will be a silent auction of numerous items donated by area businesses and individuals followed by far out games of chance, rad contests and grooving to the hits of the 70s. Fabulous soul food will be served and a cash bar of groovy cocktails will be available.

Lightning HS Hockey Fund-raiser

Join the Northern Lakes Lightning Boys High School Hockey Program for a Wine and Beer Tasting Fund-raiser on Thursday, Sept. 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Maucieri’s Italian Bistro, 34650 County Road 3 in Crosslake.
Wine, beer and heavy appetizers will be available as well as a silent auction and select item live auction.

Saving Hearts 5K run/walk

5K run/walk
The 5th Annual Saving Hearts 5K run/walk will be held on Saturday, Oct. 26 in Crosby. Registration is $25 at the Cuyuna Range Elementary School (CRES) located at 509 Sixth Avenue NE in Crosby from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Race gets under way at 10 a.m. sharp.
All proceeds from the race is donated to the local Crisis Line & Referral Service Center.
